We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, in which case Natural Jeevan Ayurveda will cover the shipping charges.
